This tourniquet holder mounts to any Ronin-style 2-piece warbelt and gives you extra space on each side for two sharpies or chemlights. It has hook on the back to stick to your inner belt, loop on the inside to stick to the outer belt, and an extra layer of elastic to hook the tail of the belt back through without getting in the way of the tourniquet.
 
You could also hold a beard trimmer, toothbrush, and fingernail clilppers in it if you really wanted. For date night after range day.
